Alex is an architect and director with 25 years’ experience in UK practice across a range of sectors. He can help you improve the energy efficiency of your home or commercial premises. He practises low energy, sustainable design using the Passivhaus principles, EnerPHit or the PAS 2035 Retrofit approach.
As your independent design adviser, Alex can make you aware of the opportunities for re-use and retrofit as an alternative to new build. He can produce PHPP modelling to support a fabric first approach and energy reduction strategies focused on users’ comfort, low energy demand and sustainable materials.
